PROPOSALS FOR THE PROVISION OF SIGNAGE FOR THE URGENT & EMERGENCY CARE PROJECT (UECP) FOR THE PRINCESS MARGARET HOSPITAL, PUBLIC HOSPITALS AUTHORITY

QUOTATIONS ARE INVITED FROM QUALIFIED COMPANIES FOR THE PROVISION OF SIGNAGE FOR THE URGENT AND EMERGENCY CARE PROJECT (UECP) AT THE PRINCESS MARGARET HOSPITAL, PUBLIC HOSPITALS AUTHORITY.

PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS, WHICH INCLUDE SPECIFICATIONS AND OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION, WILL BE SUBMITTED TO COMPANIES VIA EMAIL.

INTERESTED COMPANIES ARE REQUESTED TO EMAIL THE FOLLOWING PERSONS TO OBTAIN SPECIFICATIONS: -

PROPOSALS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE PUBLIC HOSPITALS AUTHORITY, NO LATER THAN 12:00 NOON ON MAY 29TH, 2020.

All submissions must be accompanied by (i) a current Business License that states your company is Licensed to provide signage services; (ii) three (3) references from current or previous clients; (iii) Value Added Tax (V.A.T) Registration Certificate; (vi) an up-to-date (not less than one (1) month old) V.A.T Compliance Certificate; (v) a letter from the National Insurance Board (NIB) stating that your company is up-to-date (not less than one (1) month old) and in good standing in the payment of its NIB contributions on behalf of those persons employed in your company; and (vi) a signed copy of the Public Hospitals Disclosure statement.

The Public Hospitals Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Quotation(s).
