Indications/Special comments:
Nystatin topical powder is indicated in the treatment of cutaneous or mucocutaneous mycotic infections caused by Candida albicans and other susceptible Candida species. Nystatin topical powder is not indicated for systemic, oral, intravaginal or ophthalmic use.
Dosage Administration:
Topical Powder: Very moist lesions are best treated with the topical dusting powder. Adults and Paediatric Patients (Neonates and Older): Apply to candidal lesions two or three times daily until healing is complete. For fungal infection of the feet caused by Candida species, the powder should be dusted on the feet, aswell as, in all foot wear.

Indications/Special comments:
To treat steroid responsive inflammatory conditions for which bacterial infection or risk of such exists in the ear
Dosage Administration:
Adult: instill 4 drops, 3 - 4 times/day. Child: instill 3 drops into affected ear 3 - 4 times/day.

Prophylaxis and treatment of postoperative pain and inflammation associated with cataract surgery. Reduction in the risk of postoperative macular oedema associated with cataract surgery in diabetic patients.

Instill 1 drop into affected eye(s) 3 times daily beginning 1 day prior to surgery, the day of surgery, and through the first 2 weeks of post operative period.

Indications/Special comments:
Treatment of fungal blepharitis, conjunctivitis, and keratitis caused by susceptible organisms, including Fusarium solani keratitis.
Dosage Administration:
Fungal keratitis: Instill 1 drop in conjunctival sac every 1 to 2 hours, after 3 to 4 days reduce to one drop 6 to 8 times daily; usual course of therapy is 2 to 3 weeks or until resolution of active fungal keratitis (may be useful to gradually reduce dosage at 4- to 7-day intervals to assure elimination of organism). Fungal blepharitis or conjunctivitis: Instill 1 drop in conjunctival sac 4 to 6 times daily.
