Budesonide + Formoterol Fumarate

Dosage Form: Inhaler
Strength: 80mcg + 4.5mg; 160mcg + 4.5mg
Indications/Special comments: Treatment of asthma and the prevention of bronchospasm.
Dosage Administration: Adult: 1 - 2 inhalations twice daily; may be temporarily increased to a maximum of 4 inhalations twice daily. When control has been achieved, titrate to lowest dose at which effective control is maintained. Child: over 12 years, as for Adults.
