Indications/Special comments: Treatment of hypertriglyceridemia in WHO types IV and V hyperlipidemia for patients who are at great risk for pancreatitis and who have not responded to dietary interventions.
Dosage Administration: Adult: Initially, 300mg twice daily, increased to 600mg twice daily, 30 minutes before the morning and evening meals. Dosage range, 0.9 - 1.5g daily in 2 divided doses.
